What is my vision for my coaching practice?

My coaching practice is a blend of group and individual learning experiences, at work as well as on retreats.

Co-creating programmes for leaders who are looking for their next stage of growth and impact, possibly at the most important part of their careers in terms of building their legacy.

I go as deep as my clients feel comfortable to allow themselves to go, without pressure and within a tried and tested environment of workshops and 1-1 sessions.

Life experiences I bring to my coaching

Recently as Head Coach & Team Leader for a Retail Client taking their business on a journey of ‘Self-Leadership’, I modelled running an organisation via  ‘Coaching-Culture’ rather than ‘Command & Control’, organising and delivering workshops and coaching the ‘Self-Leadership’ Team that ran the company without a traditional management structure. The ‘Self-Leadership’ Team won 3 industry awards in 2019 for Innovation, Sustainability and being the first UK Supermarket to launch plastic-free aisles and bays.

Another client that I had the privilege to serve in 2019 centred around the often natural frictions that exist at board level between good leaders in a super-fast growing business.  Conflict-resolution and alignment around shared values featured heavily in the programme I created and delivered. Non-violent communication models were employed to unpack outstanding issues that were creating blockages in the critical boardroom relationships.

I also attend a fortnightly integration group to supplement my ongoing professional and personal development as part of MKP International (a ground-breaking international organisation dedicated to harnessing healthy masculinity to build a safer world) where I support other men and can be supported myself. I staff regularly to initiate men through the New Warrior Adventure Training weekend as well as attending a fortnightly co-gender personal development circle alongside the River Thames.

As one of ten siblings and father of four, I bring a maturity and sensitivity to coaching that has been build on my fascination with people and communications for over 40 years.

Anything else about Me

I am passionate about integrating knowledge and experience from traditional and contemporary sources and bring a creative/spiritual flavour to my approach, encouraging deeper inner listening and tuning into intuition as the most effective tool in the history of mankind and leadership.

What inspires me most about the HP approach?

The Being at Full Potential community feels more like a family than a typical international coaching organisation. The Coaches I’ve worked with in the UK and Europe share a genuine passion for their work and come from a place of shared values – higher purpose and generally embodying the work rather than teaching or coaching as a ‘thing I do at work’.  I am inspired by the diversity and the honesty and the intelligence that is to be found in the Being at Full Potential Coaches and especially the founders Mark & Sujith.

What unique talents and gifts do I bring to the community?

I bring a unique gift of ‘being the glue’ between teams and departments, between team-members and when working 1-1 I help clients to connect the dots within, in ways they hadn’t seen before.
I bring a certain warmth and encouragement that is hard to convey in writing and I bring an optimism and belief in ‘the possible’ for us all to realise our potential for good.
I bring ambition for us all in terms of how we work together across borders and I bring a focus for detail along with practical acceptance that we all work at different paces.

What do I hope to get out of the community?

I hope to get out of the community the support to enable my life mission to progress further and impact more leaders and organisations.

My mission is to challenge and support Leaders to be the change and co-create a world that is more peaceful and prosperous for all.
