BEING at Full Potential is operated by Human Potential Development Inc., a company established in Canada (“we”, “us”). We are responsible for the personal data you share with us through this website, beingatfullpotential.com.

Our assessment platform at beingatfullpotential.io has its own privacy policy, which covers your assessment account and results.

We only collect what you choose to send us through our forms:

• Contact form: your name, email address and message, so we can reply to you.
• Coach certification application: your name, email address, phone number, organisation, role, coaching background, motivation and how you heard about us, so we can review your application and respond.
• IDG certification registration: your name, email address, phone number, country, area of interest and whether you or your organisation will be invoiced, so we can confirm your place and send payment details.
• Newsletter: your email address and, if you give it, your name, so we can send you our newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email, or by writing to us.

We use this information to respond to you, to handle your application or registration, and, if you subscribed, to send you our newsletter. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Our legal basis is your request to us (for enquiries, applications and registrations), our legitimate interest in running and protecting this website, and your consent (for the newsletter), which you can withdraw at any time.

When you visit this website, our web server records your IP address, the page you requested, your browser type and the time of the request. We use these logs for security and troubleshooting, and they are deleted after 14 days.

To protect our forms against spam, we hold your IP address in memory for up to 15 minutes when you submit a form. It is not stored anywhere else.

This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers.

Some pages load content from other companies, who receive your IP address when that happens:

• Google Fonts supplies the typefaces used on this website.
• YouTubesupplies the preview images on pages with videos. The video player itself only loads when you press play, and YouTube may then set its own cookies under Google’s privacy policy.

Links to other websites, such as our social media pages, our Academy and our shop, take you to services with their own privacy policies.

• Brevo (France) delivers form submissions to our inbox and manages our newsletter mailing list.
• Contabo (Germany) hosts this website on a server in the European Union.

Because our company is established in Canada, your data may also be accessed from Canada, which the European Commission recognises as providing an adequate level of data protection.

We keep enquiries, applications and registrations for as long as we need them to respond to you and to manage any work or training we do together, and then delete them. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Server logs are deleted after 14 days.

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or send it to you in a portable format. You can also object to how we use it, and withdraw your consent to the newsletter at any time.

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live or, in Canada, to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
