ORG culture, and soft skills in general, are widely recognized as key drivers of organizational success. Most business leaders agree that culture can be a powerful competitive advantage. There are many studies showing the benefits on employee morale, productivity, retention and the bottom line. This is why most companies invest significant time and effort to articulate the desired values and behaviors, and communicate them within their organizations.
However, the harsh reality is that the vast majority of culture programs fail to deliver the intended results. The main reason for this, according to our research, is that the beautiful words on a piece of paper don’t find their way into practical day-to-day applications.
Our why
To make the invisible aspects of culture visible, tangible and actionable. Daily practices that intentionally put the deeper values of an organization into the spotlight is the key to building a strong and lasting culture that everyone feels a part of. Our vision for this project is to provide a culture building tool that uses the power of art, technology, practical exercises and built in incentive mechanisms to infuse more life into your organization’s most valuable asset - shared values that unite and motivate people to do their best work.
