Why is coaching such an effective methodology for deploying this assessment?
We believe every human being is gifted with incredible potential. However, this potential is not always expressed at different moments in their life. As coaches we do not interpret the data from the assessment. Instead, we simply hold it up as a mirror so that the client can interpret and make sense of the data themselves. The more they own the story in the data the more likely they will feel inspired to act on the insights and incorporate it into their lives. Many coaches see this tool as a “shortcut” to get to the essence of a person’s potential and opportunities for growth. It effortlessly opens up a roadmap for future coaching engagements.
