| Life experiences I bring to my coaching | My inspired life has taken me all over the world where I have lived and worked in service of the greater good as a leadership coach and consultant. I am an ICF certified coach and have been since 2005. In addition to working with corporations, I have worked with non-profits and spent quite a bit of time in academia. My experience in academia has fostered a sub-niche working with S.T.E.M. folks in healthcare, I(T, engineering and other related STEM fields. |

| What inspires me most about the HP approach? | This approach allows the client and coach to achieve break throughs faster and to have a deeper understanding of the current status of the client as well as the direction the client would like to move towards in the coaching. It is amazing to me that an assessment can capture the data needed for having breakthroughs in human potential, but this work does just that!!! |
| What unique talents and gifts do I bring to the community? | My intuition! Cultural sensitivity! Academic writing and speaking. A broad and deep skill set applicable to this work! It is as if I have been educating and training myself all my life just to deliver this work! |
