What do others say about me and my coaching? | Fabiola’s “Daily Life Canvas” Playsheet is a gentle nudge in our backs, reminding us of our path. It helps to focus on our Work, that which makes us truly alive. It helps to connect to ourselves and to others, to reach out, to start small and big conversations – with ourselves and others. It does not demand a revolution from us, it demands only a commitment to small everyday steps, which in the long run are equal to revolution, which are perhaps the only way to deliberately transform our lives. It is a good tool for those who had never tried to address their artistic self before, but also for those who are already walking that path. It provides a framework for a meaningful life, day by day – the framework of a white canvas which we, the creators of our lives, fill in with our plans, achievements and dreams. Thank you Fabiola for your generous gift!” T. Sokolova |

What is my vision for my coaching practice? | Wellbeing, Dream/Callings + Community Building.
To cultivate the personal inner and outer wellness needed to move forward those amazing callings, ideas, projects or little actions that we’ve been wanting to bring into the world.
To connect with each other as we bring our transformational callings and ideas out into the world, surrounded by a deeply supportive community. |
Life experiences I bring to my coaching | A few years ago, it might have looked as if I was at the top of my career — on the board of an international organization, traveling the world and meeting people working for change everywhere. However, I was working nonstop and fell out of touch with myself to the point of burnout. I had no time to look inwardly, to care for myself. Until my health started declining. I had to stop. That experience woke me up. Since then I’ve been discovering more gentle ways to live and work meaningfully, by making space to turn inwards. It wasn’t easy. Or fast. I didn’t do it in two weeks, or even three months. It’s an ongoing work. But that moment changed everything.
At the moment I work in three main areas: 1. Hosting and facilitating inward looking experiences, such as a Change Incubation journey that I’m currently working on to birth ideas and projects from intention to reality, taking into account our individual transformational journeys as part of the process. 2. Community building, I believe that going back to sustainability has to do with embedding community in our lives and how we work. That’s why I started creating a community for changemakers http://www.changemakersforward.com. I also do this locally in Belgium, where I live. As part of this work I also do digital communications to make the stories and work of Changemakers more visible and resonant in the digital world. 3. And lastly, promoting wellness from the inside out through the fresh, vegan and organic products of the Austrian family company Ringana. I love their green, ethical, clear and honest philosophy behind the skincare and supplements. I am building up my team here in Belgium now. |
