What is my vision for my coaching practice?

We are all born innovators. We all have the extraordinary innate potential to be creative, to change what exists, to create something new and to create a positive impact in our world. I love to partner with individual and organisation yearning to liberate and engage their extraordinary creative potential so they can make a dent in the universe. I also love to wander in the unknown, to write and to engage in open conversations.
Life experiences I bring to my coaching

I worked in the tech industry for more than 15 years. During this period, I often changed companies and roles. I’ve been an employee, an entrepreneur and a self-employed consultant. I worked as a developer, a team leader, an r&d manager, a game designer, a CTO, a tech consultant and various blends of all of these roles. Alone and in team, following and leading. This journey helped me in becoming an open-minded, flexible, thoughtful and creative person.

But I think that the higher contribution to my development as a coach will come from my weaknesses and my failures. Overcoming my failures made me an unshakable optimistic and resilient person. Dealing with weaknesses helped improved my self-awareness and my empathy.

I love writing. I have a daily writing practice named One Apple A Day. 

I also publish longer articles on this website, on medium and on LinkedIn. Mostly in English. I write in Italian for The Lab, the knowledge-sharing platform of MentorLab. I’m also slowly writing a book about Awareness and Innovation, two topics of which I’m very fond. If the subject sparks your curiosity, I’d be happy to talk with you.

Above all, I am a seeker. I love breakthrough questions and exploring what I don’t understand looking for unseen connections. Everyone and everything is my teacher.

What inspires me most about the HP approach?

The focus on the being; when we operate from the being state we can only succeed. The doing may fail, but the being will keep growing.
