| What is my vision for my coaching practice? | My vision is to create a coaching space that focuses on building self love, learning to accept and embrace how we have evolved, how our journey has been and all the pleasant and challenging aspects of our life and our being. I myself have benefitted profoundly by learning how to be accepting of myself, letting go of guilt, shame and a stubborn inner critic. I realized there is another way to be, to live and to also engage with others and it has been extremely liberating and grounding. I want to bring the gift of this experience to other’s lives as well and enable them to live with love, ease and grace. |
| Life experiences I bring to my coaching | I have experienced a variety of emotions and challenges in my life – from having a difficult childhood, growing up in a financially challenged household, having a distorted relationship with money, having very short tempered and critical parents that led to low self worth, heartbreaks, challenging family dynamics, oscillating performance and sense of stability. However I was always determined to get out of that swamp, step by step and build a life I cherish and dreamt. I am filled with gratitude to say that I have been able to do that and have experienced the support of the universe at every step of the way. All of these personal experiences, along with deep sense of empathy and desire to bring joy to other’s life, drives me to extract all kinds of stories, inspirations, models, concepts, frameworks that support my client’s in building a new solid foundation for who they really want to be and the kind of life they want to build. | Anything else about Me | I am also very spiritual and believe in understanding how energy works, thoughts and emotions work, manifestation works. I do believe that there is something beyond us that guides us in our path and that we need to create conditions in life so we can listen to its whisper and follow it with courage. I am also a mother to twin girls and this part of my life continues to teach me far more than I could ever image. |
| What inspires me most about the HP approach? | What inspires me the most about the HP approach is the connection it builds between the qualities of our being and the outputs we create as professionals. While I always knew that there is a connection between them and its not just about working hard. This framework has put it down clearly for us to see and draw critical connections between – our ways of being, ways of doing and how it leads to influencing the culture of an organization. |
| What unique talents and gifts do I bring to the community? | I am very good at designing content, programs, proposals. Picking up a topic and getting to the very core of what it means, simplify it so it can be understood in a very real and relatable way and connect it with the outcomes required. I am also good at being authentic, transparent and real in my conversations and while designing interventions, that leads to problem solving that is focused on getting results and not just feeling good. I am extremely committed and engaging with work that has a higher purpose is very meaningful for me and for the contribution I would like to make to the world. |
| What do I hope to get out of the community? | I hope to collaborate with other thought leaders, coaches, visionaries who would like to serve people and organizations in a way that makes it more Humanistic, brings the best out of them, and brings more joy and satisfaction to their life. I also hope to learn more from others on how they are going about sharing their gifts and knowledge with their clients and the world at large. |
