| Life experiences I bring to my coaching | New Zealand born I began my international “perspective” at 10 living in the last 35 years in NZ, Mexico, Spain and the UK. I am an artist fascinated by the nature of things, and over the years of working in language development and education, and documentary making in NZ and Mexico, I finally combined my artwork into Visual Facilitation (2004) and Leadership Coaching (2007) to support transformation world-wide. A colourful career-path which has shown me how we have it fully in our grasp to re-work the unworkable. |

| Anything else about Me | I am passionate about creating from what has become unworkable. It’s all about learning and re-learning, creating and re-creating. My own business is called Crafting Connection. |
| What inspires me most about the HP approach? | Human Potential work inspires me because it gives hope to the future. It is all about bringing out the best in us and putting it to immediate use in very real, human situations. Each time I do this work it surprises me and confirms that having the courage to BE first is rewarded by the hugely creative solutions that appear from this approach. |
| What unique talents and gifts do I bring to the community? | I like to think that my creative/artistic gifts inspire others into their own creative flow and that by being vulnerable, in spite of the obvious challenge there, it supports the others to be able to break into their own creativity. |
| What do I hope to get out of the community? | Like all of us, I have longed for connection and acceptance from the world that I encounter. This is something that existed in this community as soon as I got involved. But more than that I constantly receive affirmation for the way I am in the world which is priceless. What I want I am already receiving. |
