Wiebe is for me the greatest  example of being a mature masculine leader. In all our conversations and work we did together there was the energy of integrity with self, unity with others, service to the world. He was the mountain, inviting me to step fully in my mature feminine leadership, to be the river who could flow around that mountain, creating abundance out of nothing.

We were always acting from our Being and inspired to follow our thriving energy to live heaven on earth. Now his body will not be on earth, I feel still the example of his mature masculine energy. With all the soulmates who are so close to Wiebe, he knows that we will continue living the great example he has set.

I was deeply touched to see that he was doing that also with his wonderful wife and great daughters and for so many more people. May Wiebe continue bringing the gifts of the mature masculine leader also beyond his physical body.

With lots of gratitude I say goodbye to his body but his energy will always inspire me to live my mature feminine being.

What is my vision for my coaching practice?

You need stress to grow.
What do you want to do? Work on the stress symptoms or dive into the core of what’s really going on? I love to support you in your process. Ether in taking the leap of faith and jump of the cliff or you slowly cracking your shell.
I am intrinsically interested in “Who are you and what drives you?” “Where are you? Surviving or thriving? Really?”
In my ‘no-nonsense’ approach towards coaching, I do stand for bridging the Doing and the Being.
Life experiences I bring to my coaching

Five years at sea, 25 years work in the social domain and a beautiful learning path through highs and lows, brought me where I am now. The last seven years I worked as an adviser and coach within a social work organisation in the midst of a huge culture change. Advising the CEO and MT on the changing subjects and coaching trough-out the complete organisation. Individual (social) workers , operating teams, MT up to the CEO alike.
Since 2012 I expanded the coaching as a self employed professional.

What inspires me most about the HP approach?

I see the opportunity to connect the Being world to the Doing world on a large scale. HP makes it possible to point out where consciousness can be connected to acting on it. Where do you see the opportunity to grow?

Have many questions and hardly any answers; curiosity; a ‘no nonsense’ approach towards coaching (cut the crap and come to the core); do understand the art of silence; others call me Shaman;
