BECOME A CERTIFIED HUMAN POTENTIAL COACH AND SUPPORT LEADERS TO WORK AND THRIVE FROM THEIR FULL POTENTIAL
We invite all change agents, coaches & intrapreneurs to join us on this journey, where you will learn about the tools, frameworks, and assessments that have consistently proven to open up transformational conversations with both individuals and organizations. You will learn experientially throughout these 11 modules.
The supporting videos, exercises, quizzes, assignments, and role plays are available on the Academy platform. This will give you all the necessary content in preparation for the weekly Zoom calls with Peter and Mark, where the focus will be on clarifying questions, practice, and integration to surface and access our deeper layers of knowing.
The next cohort will take place between mid February and end March. It will be a combination of self-paced learning leveraging the resources on the Being at Full Potential Academy and 6*2h Zoom calls over the course of 6 weeks. Total investment is USD 750 to be paid in full before start of course.

- Make a robust business case for HUMAN POTENTIAL DEVELOPMENT and expand your effectiveness in OD work
- Clearly demonstrate how a greater focus on HUMAN POTENTIAL REALIZATION drives key business metrics such as: employee engagement, trustworthiness & innovation
- Inspire your clients to bring more focus and attention on the HUMAN DIMENSION in their organizations
- Offer very concrete tools and methodologies that bring more objectivity to the subjective nature of human beings
- Last but not least, gain insights that will allow you to access even more of your human potential and grow into your next stage of personal development in life.
