| What inspires me most about the HP approach? | The HP approach is inspiring because I am a believer in creating change through culture. From my experience and perspective, the HP approach creates the foundation for this type of change to occur not just within individuals but for whole systems of people to thrive. |

Through my listening and questioning techniques, I am able to support leaders at all levels in creating clarity around their objectives and highest priorities.
