The HP approach is at the core of all community, organisational and individual creative growth, development and breakthrough. What inspires me most is that the HP Organisational Assessment methodology will become the new generation tool to design and deploy organisational Conscious Culture for breakthrough outcomes. This is the work I am passionate about.
