10 years of working experience in the business sector and over 20 years of working in international aid sector and humanitarian responses in over 30 countries. Last 10 years working on accountability to affected population and how to reinforce full potential of local and national NGOs.

What inspires me most about the HP approach?

Human Potential framework is holistic. It deals with dimensions that other tools do not deal with. I believe that HP approach is the missing link. It focuses on deeper and full aspects of individuals and organisations. It is applicable to all sectors and will also contribute to a more holistic workforce and society.
