My ultimate vision in life is to create a positive influence on the world. For me that means my wish is to help businesses, teams and individuals around the globe be a positive and powerful force. To help them to be at their full potential. I believe that by doing this, people will start to choose for things that create a better world for all of us.
|Life experiences I bring to my coaching
I bring a large variety of skills to my coaching. I started my career in the development sector, working in developing countries together with people from lot’s of different cultures and backgrounds. Going for the greater good is still one of my major drivers in life.
Later on, I worked as a consultant in a large variety of different organizations in the Netherlands and abroad on organizational redesign and change. At a certain moment I felt the new paradigm in society needed a different approach to organizational and individual change as well. That was the moment I started my journey into coaching and real organizational transformation.

I am currently working as an individual coach, as well as a team coach. Furthermore, I am also working as a organizational consultant, using coaching as a different approach to create lasting transformation.
|What inspires me most about the HP approach?
The human potential approach is exactly what I was looking for. An approach that can bridge the gap between a new paradigm in society and the organizations that are still acting in the old paradigm. It offers a way of communication between these different schools of thought and a way to understand what’s going on.

Consulting and coaching skills, understanding businesses and ‘old-paradigm’ business leaders.
