What is my vision for my coaching practice?

To be the spark that inspires and supports personal and collective transformation. Unlocking and activating one’s life purpose and full potential and serve as a loving catalyst of personal and collective growth.
Life experiences I bring to my coaching

Four years of individual and team coaching, facilitation and training as well as deep immersion in men’s work and sjamanistic rituals. Organizer and facilitator of off site trails into nature for individuals and teams.

Twelve years of bilateral and multilateral diplomatic service for the Dutch Government, serving in The Netherlands, Bolivia, Berlin, Brussels, Geneva and New York. Expertise in the field of international security issues and conflict, as well as trade affairs.

Anything else about Me

I love being outdoors, in nature. I spend as much time as possible (and needed) in our garden, supporting and witnessing natures growth and wisdom. I prefer to coach people and teams outside, occasionally sleep in the forest, and love spending time around the fire with other men and women.

 

I am a proud father of two daugthers (11 and 8) and happily married to artist and energy medicine healer Els Botman for over 20 years.
