|What is my vision for my coaching practice?||
Our service concept “Integral Enterprise Development” (IED) focuses simultaneously on all 3 performance enhancement pillars of a company: people, processes, technology. The introduction of new technology costs a lot of money, and costs even more, if the human factor in the system is ignored. According to a Gallup study 2018, 18% of all employees do not identify with their work or their employer, 67% are “un-motivated”. This is a result of todays work environment: In addition to the daily business, countless poorly managed, and not human-centric development projects overrun your staff.
Our service therefore integrates the human factor in every change management or ITIL phase.
In a natural way we’ll reach healing within our minds and develop chances for a more sustainable world, while designing organizations, which are agile, performant and full of life!

The ancient wisdom ‘Being At Full Potential’ brought into their concept from an south asian perspective, we bring in from indigenous south american perspective. Since 2005 we are coached by the Siona, the Kamentsa and the Inga in all matters (and the significance) of the right brain hemisphere.
